Created for individuals, our fine dining restaurant, Solaris, inspired by the cuisines of Spain, Italy, Morocco and Greece, is a celebration of modern Provencal cuisine. The name evokes the light and the sun that is such a special feature of the region. The sun has given the region dramatic colors, vibrant aromas, and superlative food.
The restaurant uses the dominant colors of this unique place: black & white with hi-lights of vibrant pinks and greens. It also sets itself to be resolutely hip and urban. This good, inspirational, and unusual dining is set to become a Marseille classic.

Our cosmopolitan brasserie, Café Terracotta, is an ideal place for our groups, with its Provencal touch making it fresh and modern with a slightly rustic touch. The intention is to recall the functions of one of the first ‘épiceries’.
A ‘Mediterranean Buffet’ will offer cuisine from a specific selection of authentic Provencal country food as well as dishes from Sicily and the Peloponese. The wine list will have exclusively Provence, Sicily and Pelonponese wines.

The overall effect of the Lounge Bar is that of a 19th century trading outpost somewhere on the African coast brought into a 21st century Marseille loft apartment. The snacks from the bar will be mezze and tapas plates. ‘Scirocco’ will serve unusual Mediterranean wines by the glass, a selection of fresh herb-based Martinis and anis aperitifs crafted by small producers.
